Share your research at the 45th PAD Conference. Submissions undergo peer review; accepted abstracts are presented as oral talks, posters, or digital posters.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Account: Create an account and confirm your email before submitting.
  2. Abstracts per author: Up to 3 abstracts per account.
  3. Online form: The submission is completed entirely online in a guided 4-step form — Speaker, Presentation, Abstract Content, and Contact.
  4. Speaker details: Full name (as it will appear on the badge & CME certificate), title, degree, current position, organization, sector, and a short biography (max 300 words).
  5. Abstract content: Presentation title (max 20 words), Introduction (max 1000 words), Abstract Summary (max 2000 words), at least 5 Learning Objectives, plus Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusions (max 1000 words each).
  6. Language: English. All fields are mandatory.
  7. Originality: Work must be original and not previously published.
  8. Review: Blind peer review. Outcome emailed to the corresponding author.

Late submissions will not be considered. Corresponding authors are responsible for ensuring all co-authors consent to submission.
